CalEPR Mission
Provide state-of-the art EPR instrumentation for research and teaching in Northern California.

Instrumentation

CalEPR at UC Davis includes five EPR instruments with frequencies ranging from 9 to 130 GHz. In addition to standard CW EPR, CalEPR offers advanced EPR capabilities including ESEEM, HYSCORE, and pulsed ENDOR. All instrumentation is housed in a newly renovated contiguous lab space within the basement of the UC Davis Chemistry Building. For more information on the instrumentation click here.

Facility Usage
Users who will use EPR extensively in their research are expected to run their own samples. This is part of the educational experience. Samples may be run by the user once they have demostrated the ability to use the equipment. Occasional samples can be run by CalEPR personnel.
